The following documents must be submitted with your application:

• One colour passport photo. You can take the photo with your phone camera. Your shoulders must be visible, and you must not wear glasses. Read more about the photo requirements here.
• A copy of the information page of your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of application.
• Hotel reservation or an invitation from a sponsor in Pakistan.

Processing time: The visa is issued electronically. Based on our experience, the normal processing time is approximately 3–4 working days, although processing may take longer in individual cases. Once the visa has been approved, it will be sent to you by email.

The following documents must be submitted with your application:

• A copy of the information page of your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of application.
• Business invitation letter*
• Proof of registration of the company issuing the invitation (SECP Registration Certificate / Chamber of Commerce Certificate).
• You must also obtain the following information about the sponsor/responsible person at the inviting company:
• Full name
• CNIC number (Pakistani National Identity Card number)
• Mobile phone number
• Email address
• Full address in Pakistan

*The business invitation letter must include:

• Name, address and telephone number of the inviting company
• Traveller's full name, date of birth and gender
• Cities to be visited
• Purpose and duration of the trip, including dates of arrival and departure
• Name of the person/company covering the traveller's expenses during the stay in Pakistan
• Signature and company stamp

Verification by the inviting company in Pakistan

As part of the visa process, the responsible person at the inviting company in Pakistan may be required to electronically verify/approve the invitation and sponsor details through the Pakistani authorities' online system.

The inviting person must therefore be available and able to complete the required verification if requested. We will provide your case number and instructions on how to complete the procedure if verification is required for your application.
