To apply for a tourist visa to Belarus, please ensure that you have the following ready:

• A completed and signed visa application form: Handwritten applications are not accepted, so please fill out the form on a computer.
• An invitation: If you do not have an invitation, you can complete the application form and we will arrange it for you (650,-).
• Your original passport with at least two blank pages: The passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the visa validity period.
• A color passport photo: You can have passport photos taken at Alt Rejser (150,-).
• A travel insurance certificate: The certificate must indicate that you are covered during your stay in Belarus.

Please send all documents to Alt Rejser or deliver them personally to our office.

Note: If your case is urgent, we recommend sending the documents to us as a Registered Traceable Letter (Value package). If sent as a Regular Letter, it may take up to 7 days (or longer) before we receive the documents.

For a business visa application to Belarus, we require the following:

• Completed and signed visa application form. The consulate does not accept handwritten applications, so it must be filled out on a computer.
• Original passport with at least two blank pages. The passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the validity period of the visa.
• Color passport photo. You can have passport photos taken at Alt Rejser (150,-).
• Travel insurance certificate. The certificate must indicate that you are covered during your stay in Belarus.
• For business visas over 30 days, an invitation from a business partner in Belarus (The invitation must be processed through the Belarusian migration authorities).
